What comes after is a voyage under a ship's cook who is not what he says he is, a mutiny overheard from inside an apple barrel, an island where the gold is real, and a man who has been marooned there for three years and knows exactly where it is.

This is the first book of the four that is pure adventure rather than travel or invasion. If you have read the other three, the setting and the words are new; the grammar is the same ground you already walk on.
